We thank you for your interest in contacting us. If your request is for us to introduce a new hotel for a city already listed in our World Index of Hotels, please use this form. If you wish us to include a hotel in a non-listed city or town, please send us an email with the particulars.

Hotel contact details. The Index of Hotels exists to make it easy for the final consumer to actually contact the hotels, as there are so many online hotel directories nowadays which hide the contact details to leave their users with no option other than to book through their system. While we provide options for booking in some cases, our commitment is to have the contact information available so that our visitors can get in touch with any of the hotels listed by us. Therefore hotels wishing to improve, update or correct their contact details are most welcome to send us an email with the needed changes.

Hotel chains, independent hotels and other advertisers are may send us their requests for banners and other advertising options. Please send us a detailed request explaning who you are and what audience you wish to address, and we shall promptly respond with a taylor-made offer.


Link partners, please send us your request and the URL where your link to us is placed. Links to us should be direct, self-targeted and visible. The link text may be either “World Hotels” if linking our home page, or “(Country/City) Hotels”, if linking to one of our country or city pages.
